Founded KCC and sees office and dialysis patients at our downtown and Scottsburg locations. He has a home therapy dialysis office downtown caring for home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients.

Joined KCC in 2009 and sees patients in St. Matthews, northeast Louisville and Lagrange. He also sees home dialysis therapy patients downtown. A Louisville native, he was named Top Doc by Louisville Magazine in 2017.

Originates from Liberty KY and completed her medical training at the University of Louisville. She cares for hemodialysis and chronic kidney disease patients in the St. Matthews, Jeffersontown and northeast Louisville areas. Named Top Doc by Louisville Magazine in 2019.

Dr Dixit has been a member of the practice since 2005. He cares for dialysis and chronic kidney disease patients in the south Louisville and Shepherdsville areas. He has twice been named as a Top Doc to Louisville Magazine.

Is an Oldham County resident who completed his medical and Nephrology training at University of Louisville. His practice is centered in Southern Indiana with a home dialysis office in Jeffersonville. He also sees office patients in the Dixie Highway area.

She is a Venezuela native who later moved to Kentucky to complete her Nephrology training at the University of Louisville. She has an outpatient office and home dialysis office on Preston Hwy and also cares for patients with kidney disease in Carrollton and Jeffersontown.

Dr. Jaisinghani has been a resident of Jefferson County since 2014. He is board-certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He completed his residency in New York and a fellowship at the University of Louisville. In December 2024, he joined Kidney Care Consultants. Dr. Jaisinghani is currently accepting new patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, and glomerular diseases, as well as dialysis patients.

Native of Tompkinsville, KY before coming to Louisville to complete her Nephrology training. Her practice is centered downton where she cares for hemodialysis and chronic kidney disease patients. She also sees patients in Shelbyville where she has a home dialysis clinic.

Is from Louisville and has been with KCC since 2012. She cares for dialysis patients in Indiana (Scottsburg and Corydon) and downtown Louisville (Broadway). She also sees patients with chronic kidney disease at our Broadway office.

Has been an Oldham County resident for over 30 years and joined KCC in 2016. She sees hemodialysis patients in Carrollton, Lagrange and the east end of Louisville. She also cares for CKD patients in St. Matthews.

Is a Louisville native with 19 years of acute care dialysis experience in Louisville and several surrounding states. She joined KCC in 2025. She sees hemodialysis patients in the east end of Louisville and southern Indiana. She will soon be seeing CKD patients in selected offices.
